UK-6 IS AN ARTICULATED UNDERGROUND TRUCK WITH LOAD CAPACITY OF 6 METRIC TONNES.

6 ton Underground Haul Truck is for small mining application with excellent passibility. Well match with DALI WJ-1.5 and WJ-2 LHD underground loader. All DALI underground mining trucks are designed to operate fully loaded and at high speeds on long spiral haulage ways with up to 25 percent gradients.

Our underground mining dump trucks offer high capacity in a compact form. They are highly maneuverable with small turning radius and operate at high speed. Features include e.g. FEA-optimized frames and dump boxes, powerful diesel engines, advanced drive train technology, four-wheel drive and ergonomic controls. Our new trucks feature DALI Intelligent Control System that acts as the software backbone for the intelligent equipment, allowing us to build multiple smart solutions, such as Integrated Weighing System (IWS) and AutoMine Trucking, to improve performance.

The reinforced steel structure uses wear resistant steel for extended box lifetime. The wide range of box options includes an ejector box for backfilling and unloading in areas of restricted dump height. Ergonomics Canopy with ROPS / FOPS certificate. The front and rear frames are articulated with 42° steering angle.

For all DALI underground mine trucks, ejector box is optional for tight backfill haulage.The engine with low fuel consumption, new heavy-duty axles, FEA optimized steel frame and a reliable and easy to maintain hydraulic system.Automatic alarm system for oil temperature, oil pressure and electrical system.

The diesel engine we use is from Germany DEUTZ,air-cooledand turbocharge with excellent performance and full of power. CUMMINS&DEUTZ engine with air-cooling, powerful and low-consumption.

DALI underground dumper trucks are designed to transport rock material safely, efficiently and reliably in extreme conditions. The trucks are rugged, compact and powerful, offering payloads from 5 to 30 tons, and operating at a low cost per ton. The trucks include intelligence inside and smart solutions. 10~12 ton underground truck use same chassis.
