The advanced powertrain technology includes a proven transmission with automatic gear shifting and torque converter lock up ensuring fast ramp speeds to quickly clear tunnel headings. Durable axles use limited slip differentials to maintain traction and spring applied hydraulic release brakes for safer braking.

Diesel Underground Front End Loader WJ-2
DALI LHD loader provides superior hydraulic power for fast bucket loading. The powertrain power enables high-speed tramming and increased productivity. Long-life components, specifically developed for the rough underground environment, contribute to low cost per ton.
The loader comes with a ROPS and FOPS certified canopy, protecting the operator in case of rolling over or falling objects. The canopy door includes a door lock and latch mechanism with an interlock switch which automatically applies brakes and inactivates boom, bucket and steering when the door is opened. For better visibility from the operator’s position, adjustable high-power LED lights are a standard configuration. All-around operator visibility is further improved with a standard monitoring camera system including front and rear cameras. To improve overall safety underground, a Proximity Detection System (PDS) interface option is also available.

DALI WJ-2 LHD is a compact and lightweight narrow-vein loader designed for underground mining. It features a tramming capacity of 4 metric tons and a best-in-class payload-to-own-weight ratio. The WJ-2 loader offers three engine alternatives; a Tier 3 / Stage III A and two Tier 2 / Stage II, all from Deutz. The unit uses CMG or DANA axles, equipped with spring applied, hydraulically released brakes. The bucket alternatives include traditional bare lip buckets and an ejector bucket.
